The stellar brain is a cosmic structure akin to neural networks indicating a conscious universe. The structure of the universe is similar to the structure of the brain. The brain is a hierarchical network with functional areas made up of neuronal columns & circuits. The universe is correspondingly made up of galactic clusters & superclusters linked by filaments. The cosmic neural web is structured in dark energy or gravity & the human neural network is structured in water. The human & the cosmic web neural network are self-organizing networks with information flow & fractal geometry. The brain & the stellar neural networks are complex information systems. The gamma waves of the brain are similar to the ripples of the gravitational fields in the cosmic web. The synchronized oscillations of the gamma waves are similar to cosmic oscillations. The black hole-white hole transition zones store & retrieve the information of the universe forming twin universe through a black mirror phenomena. The integrated information theory hold good for the human neural network as well as the cosmic web neural network. The cosmic web is a cosmic quantal nervous system capable of quantal communication.
