This is a thesis on energy networks in France. In the first part, what they are and how they are maintained. In the second part, presentation of diverse and fragmented networks, managed in a very separate way. In the third part, a draft of a solution such as IBM's Starter Cities that would allow these networks to be managed more efficiently, in a more global and integrated way.
