Competitiveness is a major issue for the economy of a public service in order to guarantee its sustainability and user satisfaction. This is why some public structures, including State execution agencies, are moving towards ISO 9001 certification to improve service efficiency and better satisfy the customer. The will for organizations to control their activities and to perpetuate the gains requires the integration of approaches within the structure to improve operational performance and make the processes more efficient. In order to meet this requirement, the Senegalese Export Promotion Agency (ASEPEX) has understood the importance of this approach. The latter concerns the implementation of the quality management system "ISO 9001:2015" and aims to develop operational performance, efficiency and perceived quality. However, the exhaustiveness of the approach can make its application difficult in a professional environment. Thus, this project entrusted is to facilitate the implementation of the approach by creating a self-diagnosis tool.
